Ad Creation
If you would like HM&T to create your ad, you MUST PROVIDE the following:

1. Text file with your company name, address, and contact information as you would like them to appear on your advertisement (microsoft word or notepad file).
2. Text file with your ad message and any other text.
3. Your logo in outlined vector format (adobe illustrator file).
4. A high-resolution (300 dpi) CMYK photograph/illustration (TIFF file). Photos from WEBSITES WILL NOT WORK.
   Minimum dimensions of your TIFF file:
   Full Page = 8.1/2 ” x 11 ”
   1/2 Page Horizontal = 8 1/2 ” x 5 1/2 ”
   2/3 Page Vertical = 5 1/2 ” x 11 ”
   1/3 Page Vertical = 3 ” x 11 ”
   1/3 Page Square = 4 ” x 5 ”
   
5. All file MUST BE DELIVERED by EMAIL or CD-ROM

Cost Layout & Design

$150: This price is valid if you meet all of the above specifications. Your ad will be generated using the HM&T ad standard template.

$100/hr: If you do not comply with the above guidelines and/or you want a custom layout, you will be billed at $100/hr.

All of the items below constitute extra billing at $100/hr:
• Scanning art work/photography
• Finding stock photography
• Creating custom photography/art work
• Writing taglines/text
